At a glance - How the CuraVela Tier Structure Works

Level

Main purpose

Who it’s for

Guidance

Clarify options and decide what to do

You want a clear head and good questions, and you are comfortable planning.

Planning

Turn your decision into a concrete, written plan

You want a solid map and documents, but can carry the trip yourself.

Coordination

Stay supported while you’re in treatment and traveling

You know your capacity will be limited and want active help while away.

What is included at each level

All levels start with a free 30‑minute call to get to know each other and see whether working together makes sense.

Guidance

Aspect

What Guidance includes

Focus

Understanding your options, comparing up to two clinics or programs, and deciding whether to go ahead.

Calls

Free 30‑minute intro, one main call, one follow‑up, plus an optional short check‑in if needed.

Clinic comparison

Closer look at up to two clinics or treatment paths for your situation.

Asynchronous support

A small number of focused email or WhatsApp exchanges between calls, within agreed working hours.

Written output

Short summary of your situation, options, timing, and key questions to ask a clinic.

During trip

No real‑time or emergency support while you are traveling or in treatment.

Best if:

  • You like making your own plans.

  • You mainly need clearer thinking, not hands‑on help.

Planning

Aspect

What Planning adds

Focus

Turning your decision into a structured trip with clear documents and contingencies.

Calls

Everything in Guidance, plus a planning call and a pre‑departure walk‑through.

Research / design

Trip structure, accommodation shortlist, basic local logistics, and home‑responsibilities planning.

Asynchronous support

Several rounds of messages to refine your plan, within agreed working hours.

Written output

Trip overview, day‑by‑day plan, “while I’m away” sheet for home, and a short “if X happens” note.

During trip

One or two brief check‑ins if needed, but no ongoing real‑time support or 24/7 availability.

Best if:

  • You want help designing and documenting the trip.

  • Once you have a clear map, you are comfortable driving it yourself.

Coordination

Aspect

What Coordination adds

Focus

Active support while you are away, within clear hours and boundaries.

Planning time

Everything in Planning, plus more detailed work on scenarios and communication preferences.

On‑trip support

Agreed availability each day (for example, around an hour of hands‑on help), via WhatsApp or similar.

What can be handled

Travel changes, schedule shifts, drafting messages, and practical decisions when things do not go to plan.

Boundaries

CuraVela is an emergency travel contact, not an emergency medical contact; no 24/7 medical role.

After trip

A follow‑up check‑in to help with the transition home.

Best if:

  • You know that once treatment starts, your energy and cognitive bandwidth will be limited.

  • You want someone else watching the moving pieces with you while you are in it.

How to decide

A simple way to think about it:

  • If you are mainly asking, “Is this a good idea, and how do I think about it?”, start with Guidance.

  • If you are asking, “I’ve decided, but how do I actually structure this in a way that makes sense?”, Planning is likely the best fit.

  • If you are asking, “Who is going to help me when things shift and I’m tired, scared, or unwell during the trip?”, consider Coordination.

You can start with Guidance and stop there, or move to Planning or Coordination if you realize you want more support as your plans become real.
